What it is
Rehab exercise is the part of care that keeps results going. After an assessment, your physiotherapist builds a short programme of movements matched to your goals, from walking comfortably to returning to sport.
Who it may help
Anyone recovering from an injury
Patients whose pain keeps returning
Athletes preparing for a return to training
What to expect
Sessions mix guided exercise with coaching on technique. You will leave with a clear plan, usually 10 to 15 minutes a day, and we adjust it as you improve.
Afterwards
Progress is reviewed every few weeks, and the programme gets harder only when you are ready.
