What it can feel like
Sports injuries often start as a niggle that eases once you warm up, then returns the next day. Knees, hips, hamstrings and the lower back are common sites.
Common causes
Training load rising too quickly
Reduced strength or mobility in a key joint
Footwear, technique or surface changes
How we help
We find the weak link, ease pain with hands-on care and build a return-to-sport plan with clear steps. Marcus and Elena work together on most cases.
When to seek urgent care
Most back and neck pain is not dangerous. Please seek urgent medical care, and do not wait for an appointment, if your pain follows a serious fall or accident, or comes with fever, loss of bladder or bowel control, numbness in the groin, sudden weakness in a leg or arm, chest pain or difficulty breathing.
